President: Matt Cohen

Matthew Cohen received his JD in 1996 from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN. Upon graduation from law school Matt practiced in the areas of General Corporate and Real Estate Law with the law firm Zamansky Professional Association. After leaving private practice, Matt returned to school and earned an MBA in 2002 from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Matt began work at Replenex in May of 2002.

Matt is an active member of the Industrial Distribution Association (IDA) serving on the Young Executives Steering Committee for the past two years.

Vice President Sales: Tom Folska

Tom has been in Industrial Distribution his entire career since graduating from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, where he played baseball and graduated in 1987 with a major in Business Marketing. Tom got his start in business with Arden Fasteners, where he worked for 13 years. He worked his way up from Customer Service, Sales Representative and eventually Region Sales Manager for ILS(now Supply Technologies), who had acquired Arden Fasteners. Tom spent his next 8 years with Hagemeyer (acquired Warner Industrial), where he held positions of District Manager, Director of Operations and Region Vice President. As Vice President of Sales for Replenex, Tom brings 24 years of experience in Industrial Distribution and 14 years in Sales Leadership.  Tom enjoys all sports and still plays hockey, softball and golf.

Chief Operations Officer: Ron Veith

Ron has been with Replenex for 34 years and as COO currently oversees day to day operations at Replenex including administration, contracting, customer service, accounting, warehouse functions and purchasing. Ron also interfaces with sales and marketing to develop and maintain cohesive procedures with operations and is closely involved in telecommunications and technology decisions to enhance operations.

Ron is currently a member of the Industrial Distribution Association and is a former officer and board member of the Industrial Compressor Distributors Association.
