Sheri Nikko 

Customer Service Manager (Eden Prairie, Minnesota)

Sheri joined Replenex in 2006 with several years of customer service management experience. She is always working to make the customer service department more efficient for the customer. Sheri is an avid outdoorswoman. She loves to hunt and fish, as well as garden. When she can’t be outside, she enjoys decorating, cooking a gourmet meal and sewing.

Warren Nilsson 

Customer Service Representative (Eden Prairie, Minnesota)

Warren started at Replenex in 2002. He entered the industrial distribution business part-time (mainly summer work) in 1970, going full time when he graduated from college in the spring of 1973. Warren has a degree from Stout in Industrial Arts Education. While student teaching, Warren decided it wasn’t for him. From 1970 thru 1977 he worked at Satterlee’s warehouse, shipping, receiving, stocking, order filling, welding band saw blades, etc., working up to lead man in Satterlee’s school division warehouse. In 1977, Warren became the inside machine tool specialist and assistant to the sales manager. He held this position until 1991, when Grainger bought Satterlee. Warren then moved to the city desk until fall of 1992. Late in 1992, Warren joined W.P. & R.S. Mars as inside sales/city desk. He was there thru the fall of 2001. For hobbies, Warren enjoys walking.

Jim Pavik 

Customer Service Representative (Cedar Rapids, Iowa)

Jim has been employed at Replenex since 1997. He has 17 years of experience in the industrial tooling business. His home town is Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Jim enjoys motorcycling. Favorite quote: illiud latine dici non potest (You can’t say that in Latin.)

Beth Biskup 

Contract Administrator (Eden Prairie, Minnesota)

Beth has been with Replenex since the fall of 1998. She spent her first year with Replenex learning the business of distribution, as her history was in retail management. Beth has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Bemidji State University. She was born and raised in Roseau, MN and still enjoys going to visit that small northern town. Her hobbies include shopping, going to the gym, and working in the yard in the summer.

Mary Johnson 

Contract Administrator (Eden Prairie, Minnesota)

Mary worked in the insurance industry for 22 years. In 1995 she made a career change and started working in industrial distribution for W.W. Grainger. In 1998 she had the opportunity to come to work for Minnesota Industrial Tools (Replenex) in the Contract Department, and really started to learn about this vast industry. She is married, has one daughter, and has lived within a 20 mile radius of Minneapolis her whole life. Mary enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
