President: Matt Cohen

Matthew Cohen received his JD in 1996 from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN. Upon graduation from law school Mr. Cohen practiced in the areas of General Corporate and Real Estate Law with the law firm Zamansky Professional Association. After leaving private practice, Mr. Cohen return to school and received MBA in 2002 from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Mr. Cohen began work at Replenex in May of 2002.

Mr. Cohen is an active member of the Industrial Distribution Association (IDA) serving on the Young Executives Steering Committee for the past two years.

Vice President Sales: Tom Folska

Tom has been in Industrial Distribution his entire career since graduating from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, where he played baseball and graduated in 1987 with a major in Business Marketing. Tom got his start in business with Arden Fasteners, where he worked for 13 years. He worked his way up from Customer Service, Sales Representative and eventually Region Sales Manager for ILS, who had acquired Arden Fasteners. Tom spent his next 8 years with Hagemeyer (acquired Warner Industrial), where he held positions of District Manager, Director of Operations and Region Vice President. Tom has recently joined Replenex as Vice President of Sales and brings 21 years of experience in Industrial Distribution and 10 years in Sales Leadership.

Chief Operations Officer: Ron Veith

Ron has been with Replenex for 34 years and as COO currently oversees day to day operations at Replenex including administration, contracting, customer service, accounting, warehouse functions and purchasing. Ron also interfaces with sales and marketing to develop and maintain cohesive procedures with operations and is closely involved in telecommunications and technology decisions to enhance operations.

Ron is currently a member of the Industrial Distribution Association and is a former officer and board member of the Industrial Compressor Distributors Association.

Chief Financial Officer: John Newell, CPA

John Newell is the Chief Financial Officer for Replenex and has been with Replenex since March of 2003. John has a degree in Accounting from ND State University. John started his career in public accounting as an auditor with Deloitte and Touche 17 years ago. His experience also includes six years as a controller for Berger Transfer and Storage and six years with Nico Products as their VP of Finance. John is also a retired member of the Air National Guard

Chief Technology Officer: Jeff Gold

Jeff Gold has been CTO at Replenex since October, 2006. His responsibilities include ensuring Replenex is ahead of the technology curve in all aspects of it's business including: integrated supply, inventory control, data management, computing, networking and eCommerce.

Mr. Gold received his B.S. in Computer Science and minor in Mathematics from Virginia Tech in 1997. Before Replenex, Jeff worked as an employee of Lockheed Martin and Sycamore.US as a software developer and systems engineer on various, large-scale software development projects. His platform experiences include multiple flavors of Linux, UNIX, and Windows. His software development experience has been across multiple technologies, but his most recent experiences are with Java building SOAs and three-tiered web applications (with focus a on server-side processing).
