In Plant Coordinator - Job Description
Procurement Responsibilities
- Facilitate spot buys
- Source product when applicable, based on skill and capacity
- Place orders for spot buys
Material Management
- Receive shipments
- Scan cards for replenishment
- Material put away to central stores; vending machines, or Point Of Use (POU) locations
- POU housekeeping to maintain organization and professional Replenex image
- Monitor and report shipping errors and/or defective material
- Disposition of the material
- Prepare tooling to be submitted for resharpening or repair
Contract Support
- Monitor POU release quantities
- Communicate recommended changes with Contracts Team
- Review daily backorder reports
- Assist financial team to resolve invoice and/or credit issues
- Identify opportunities for non-Replenex product to be converted to the Replenex program
- Participate on the Replenex Customer Care Team and Customer Core Team
- Assist in fulfilling commitments to Service Level Agreement
