Inside Sales / Customer Service - Job Description
- Process, acknowledge, track and expedite orders
- Provide product and price information to customers
- Research, quote and source product for customers, with a high degree of accuracy
- Provide quick, efficient and courteous service to inquiries/orders and answer questions regarding terms, shipping, price, availability and unit options/configurations
- Prevent and resolve problems (price adjustments, back orders and returns)
- Work with Account Managers to service accounts regarding quotes, test materials, pricing, availability, and expediting orders
- Process drop ship orders to vendors
- Assist customers in selections that meet their needs and emphasize selling points
- Provide technical information on products and features, options and configurations
- Build strong customer relationships
