Sheri joined Replenex in 2006 with several years of customer service management experience. She is always working to make the customer service department more efficient for the customer. Sheri is an avid outdoorswoman. She loves to hunt and fish, as well as garden. When she can’t be outside, she enjoys decorating, cooking a gourmet meal and sewing.

LOREN HARTFIEL

Customer Service Representative (Eden Prairie, Minnesota)

Loren has been in the machine shop supply industry since 1980, starting in production metal cutting and working into outside sales and then into inside sales. Loren has been with Replenex since 2003, He likes to travel with his wife and enjoys fishing as often as he can, or any activity that is outside. Loren graduated from John F. Kennedy high school in Bloomington MN.

Miles has 20 years of customer service experience, with 12 of them in the field of Industrial Distribution. Miles worked at A-1 Cutting tools before they merged with Minnesota Industrial tools, which is now Replenex. Miles has two children. He likes all outdoor activities, such as hunting and fishing and he can’t stop watching Minnesota sports teams. Go Vikes!

Customer Service Representative (Eden Prairie, Minnesota)

Warren started at Replenex in 2002. He entered the industrial distribution business part-time (mainly summer work) in 1970, going full time when he graduated from college in the spring of 1973. Warren has a degree from Stout in Industrial Arts Education. While student teaching, Warren decided it wasn’t for him. From 1970 thru 1977 he worked at Satterlee’s warehouse, shipping, receiving, stocking, order filling, welding band saw blades, etc., working up to lead man in Satterlee’s school division warehouse. In 1977, Warren became the inside machine tool specialist and assistant to the sales manager. He held this position until 1991, when Grainger bought Satterlee. Warren then moved to the city desk until fall of 1992. Late in 1992, Warren joined W.P. & R.S. Mars as inside sales/city desk. He was there thru the fall of 2001. For hobbies, Warren enjoys walking.

NICK MORRISSEY

Customer Service Representative (Eden Prairie, Minnesota)

Nick joined Replenex in April of 2007, after working in material handling for two years. Nick first attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and later studied Finance at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Born in Milwaukee, WI, Nick is an avid Milwaukee Brewer, Buck, and Green Bay Packer Fan. His hobbies include golf and hanging out with friends.

Jim has been employed at Replenex since 1997. He has 17 years of experience in the industrial tooling business. His home town is Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Jim enjoys motorcycling. Favorite quote: illiud latine dici non potest (You can’t say that in Latin.)

Customer Service Representative (Cedar Rapids, Iowa)

Rick has been in Industrial Distribution since 1980. Previously, Rick worked for A-1 Wheels & Tools and then moved to Bennett Machine & Fabricating, where he managed the Tool Room. Rick started at Replenex in March 2008. He feels fortunate to get his old office back, as Replenex had purchased A-1 Wheels & Tools in 2001. Rick has a son in Atlanta, GA. attending Georgia Tech, pursuing his Civil Engineering degree. Rick enjoys fishing, golf, and mushroom hunting (doesn’t require a weapon!) and pretty much anything related to the great outdoors.

PATRICK LOUDEN

Customer Service Representative (Omaha, Nebraska)

Patrick came to Replenex after working as a Customer Service Rep/Inside Sales Rep with G & G Mfg. He also has an extensive background in the medical insurance field, as well as having his own musical instrument repair business. Patrick is an accomplished musician who plays Guitar, Keyboards, Bass, Harmonica and whatever else he can get his hands on. He has shared the stage with the likes of Buddy Guy, Bonnie Raitt and Daddy Treetops, among others. Besides music Patrick is interested in motorcycles and mushroom hunting.

Customer Service Representative (Omaha, Nebraska)

Stephanie became interested in this field after taking college courses in Industrial Technology, but ultimately decided to complete a degree in Bachelors of Science in Business Administration at University of Nebraska at Omaha. She continued in the field of Industrial Distribution because of her fascination with Industrial Technology. After being employed in this industry for over 20 years, Stephanie still continues to be amazed at all the new developments in manufacturing and technology. In Stephanie’s spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Contract Administrator (Eden Prairie, Minnesota)

Beth has been with Replenex since the fall of 1998. She spent her first year with Replenex learning the business of distribution, as her history was in retail management. Beth has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Bemidji State University. She was born and raised in Roseau, MN and still enjoys going to visit that small northern town. Her hobbies include shopping, going to the gym, and working in the yard in the summer.

Contract Administrator (Eden Prairie, Minnesota)

Before coming to Replenex in 1996, Val worked in Sales for 7 years, specializing in retail, janitorial & industrial packaging for Falk Paper Co In Minneapolis. Val currently works in our Contract Department, setting up, maintaining and sourcing products for our contract accounts. She is a proud Grandma of a Grandson and two Granddaughters. She enjoys antiquing, decorating, gardening & sharing a good laugh with family and friends.

Contract Administrator (Eden Prairie, Minnesota)

Mary worked in the insurance industry for 22 years. In 1995 she made a career change and started working in industrial distribution for W.W. Grainger. In 1998 she had the opportunity to come to work for Minnesota Industrial Tools (Replenex) in the Contract Department, and really started to learn about this vast industry. She is married, has one daughter, and has lived within a 20 mile radius of Minneapolis her whole life. Mary enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
